Went back to exchange a costume that had a missing piece and because I had no receipt they would not do an even exchange. I wanted the same exact costume for my kid. Most stores do even exchanges I'm not sure why this one doesnt. And the cashier just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Will never go back.

Didn't have what I needed
I went to I party the day before halloween and was a little no alot desperate for a costume, but they had nothing. I asked a nice sales girl if she knew where I can get a costume. She said that she already rented hers 2 weeks ago at a place called 'Bruna Costumes' in Providence, R.I. Who felt like driving to Prov. ? Not me. But she said that it was really worth the trip because their costumes are so fabulous. So I jumped in the car and flew down to Bruna. I called first and got great directions. Its really not far at all. The directions were great and I was there in 30 minutes.Of course when I got on Pocasset ave, their was a crowd of people and a long line that went on for about a block. When I parked the car and got closer I realized that it was were I was going.That's right, Bruna Costumes, the line was longer than a block. Oh well, I'm already here, I'd might as well stay, I asked a couple in front of me and they said that it is small but definitely worth the wait. So I waited aned waited and waited. for about 45 minutes.Finally! a light at the end of the tunnel. A very very bright colorful light. I knew this was the place. I felt like I was in a Universal studios set, with all the costumes and wigs and headpieces and hats and everything. I was so confused. Should I be a gladiator with a real roman helmet or Captain morgan with a blue cape and real buckeneer boots. I settled on a gladiator including the tie up sandles. I was the hit of the party . No one could hold a candle to me. Everyone asked me where i got the costume but I wouldn't tell them. It's my secret. Sorry Bruna. I can't advertise for you because then everyone will steal my ideas.
