The people in this place absolutely suck! The drivers refuse to deliver to my residence! Even when I am home I never hear a knock at the door, the asshat just leaves a card!
I usually get my packages delivered to a local a convenience store if peope arent home, now i either wait until next week or go out of my way to oick it up between 730 and 830 pm, I don't understand after I payed for shipping, why am I picking it up and going out of my way

Horrible customer service. I tried to pick up my package Friday, only to be told I couldn’t because the “sender is requesting it to be held there” and they “can’t release it to the receiver yet”. The employee told me to come back tomorrow after I give the sender a call. Their “Customer Center hours say they are open Monday-Saturday 8am-6:30pm”. I drove to pick up my package and turns out their warehouse is open but not their customer center. I don’t know how they can run a company so disorganized.
